Happy Sunday!
The following link will take you to a survey to complete concerning our blog. Please take a minute to complete it so we can use your feedback to make our blog better.

Let me know what projects you are working on. I am working on Chevvy socks from the book Knitting Socks with Handpainted Yarn. I am using Colinette Jitterbug in a beautiful colorway. Here is a picture of what they look like. This is the first pair of socks I have made using the two at a time method of knitting socks. I love it. After I master this, would you like to attend a class where I can teach you to do the same thing?

I know that Nascar Racing is starting soon, so for all of you that are race fans, married to race fans or have friends that are racing fans this link is for you. http://www.styledbykristin.com/checkered-race-flag-crochet-bl/ It is a crochet blanket that looks like a checkered flag.

This takes recycling to a new level. This is a bag that is knit with used shopping bags. Here is the link: http://www.cocoknits.com/knit/garments/accessories/rebag.html

Here is a link for a crochet project called Flexi Cowl that uses the beautiful Noro sock yarn. Here is the link: http://www.hookandneedles.com/2009/01/25/flexi-cowl/

This is a link for what may be the cutest hat project. http://www.knitty.com/ISSUEwinter08/PATTfishy.php
I am just starting this today so I will keep you posted on my progress.

happy knitting,
celeste

I would love-love-love to learn 2-at-a-time toe up socks on magic loop. I suffer from second sock syndrome and this may be just what I need. I currently have 3 different socks without pairs - LOL! ;P

BTW - I'm loving the pattern and the sock yarn you're using!
